Upon arrival to the office

  • Our office will communicate with you before your appointment to ask some screening questions. You will be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
  • We will be sending as much paperwork as possible electronically to be completed at home before your appointment.

During your visit

  • You will see that all staff, including the front office staff, will be wearing masks.
  • You will notice the assistants, hygienists, and doctors wearing more protective equipment.

General changes to the office

  • We are allowing more time between appointments to manage physical distancing between patients.
  • All staff members will be routinely screened for symptoms.
  • We have removed hard to disinfect items, such as magazines and toys, from the lobby to reduce the possibility of transmission.
  • You will notice new equipment in use. The various types of equipment will greatly reduce the production of aerosols, as well as disinfect the air.
  • You can read more about all the improvements to our already vigorous infection control protocols here.
