I grew up in Novi, Michigan, and I currently live in Howell. I was a dental assistant for 5 years while I attended Oakland Community College for Dental Hygiene. I have been a hygienist at Brighton Healthy Smiles since 2010. I have been married to Mike for 15 years; we have 2 boys – Hunter, 13, and Gavin, 10. After work, I am always busy with the boys’ activities – soccer, baseball, archery, and helping with homework. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, running, and family vacations.

I graduated from Lansing Community College, where I learned to give the best possible care for my patients. Being able to educate, while listening to my patients’ needs, and helping any way I can is one of the most rewarding parts of my position. I’ve grown up in Brighton, MI and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to give back to my community! When not working I enjoy spending time with my beloved friends and family, baking, reading and exploring the outdoors.

I graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy with a degree in dental hygiene in 2011. When I’m not at work, I’m busy spending time with my husband, our three kids, and two dogs. In between shuttling the kids to their sports practices, I love working in my gardens and listening to true crime podcasts.

I have been in dentistry for more than 30 years. I wanted to be part of a dental team that is committed to their patients, continuous learning, and keeping up with advancing technology. I enjoy working at Brighton Healthy Smiles. Our doctors and staff are so caring and compassionate. This job is so interesting; each patient has a different need and each case is unique. The combination of working so closely with patients and the incredible opportunity to learn and grow makes this the perfect job for me. When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my son’s sports, gardening, cooking, and doing things outdoors.

I graduated from Ross Medical Education Center in 2009 with a certification in dental assisting. I have been working at Brighton Healthy Smiles with Dr. Birchmeier for 6 years. I fell in love with the practice on my first day! The staff is incredibly friendly and is so much fun to work with! When I am not working, I love spending time with my husband and our kids. I also love to read and enjoy anything outdoors.

I’ve been a dental assistant for 34+ years and have loved every part of my Job. I feel so blessed to be a part of this team/family at Brighton Healthy Smiles! Besides loving the chair side assisting part of my job, I love to get to know our patients and build relationships with them and to help them feel more comfortable while visiting us. When I’m not working, I love to be with my husband, son and grandog. I have a daughter in Washington State and son, fiancé and new granddaughter in Florida. I love to cook, camp, boat, and be in the outdoors, preferably, on a lake or river, with my friends, or family as often as possible.

I received my dental assisting certification from Idaho State University, and have been in the dental field for 25 years. I am so grateful to be part of the amazing team here at Brighton Healthy Smiles, and enjoy bringing my experience to help take care of our family of patients! I love working here because every member of our team has the same dedication to giving you, the patient, the best experience and outcome possible. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Reading, traveling, listening to music, and being in the sun are some of my favorite things.

I grew up in the Brighton area and graduated from Fowlerville. I’ve been working in the dental field for eight years, and my favorite part of the job is getting to know our patients and addressing their dental needs. I also enjoy collaborating with our doctors and team to provide the best possible care. In my free time, I love spending time with my boyfriend, family, and friends. I also enjoy being outdoors as much as possible—whether it’s trail riding, camping, kayaking, hunting, or fishing.

I have been working with the fantastic doctors and friendly staff at Brighton Healthy Smiles since 2011. Working at the front desk, I have the privilege to assist our patients with their appointment, insurance, and treatment plan needs. Outside the office, I enjoy gardening, reading, kayaking, and spending time with my wonderful family and friends.
