Enrolling in our membership program is a great way to save on preventative care and provides a discount on any other dental services that are needed. - Adult Member(s) – 14 years old and up
- Standard Plan $417 per year – equals 30% savings off regular fees
- Periodontal Plan $613 per year – equals 30% savings off regular fees
- Child Family member(s) – under 14 years old
- Standard Plan $343 per year – equals 30% savings off regular fees
